Naprapath and
sports massage therapist
Hi, it's Henriikka Hämäläinen! I’m a trained naprapath, specializing in the research, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. My passion to this industry started at a young age, driven by desire to help others and an interest in human anatomy and health. My own background in gymnastics and snowboarding further sparked my interest in injury rehabilitation.
Each client is an individual to me, and I treat the client as such. Treatments are always planned in collaboration with the client, taking their needs and wishes into account. What matters most to me is helping you move toward a pain-free life where you can move freely without limitations from pain.
Examples of issues where you can turn to me for help include:
-
Neck pain
-
Headaches
-
Back pain
-
Upper limb issues, like shoulder problems
-
Lower limb issues, like knee pain
In my free time, I enjoy working out at the gym, jogging with my dog, and cooking at home.
You can communicate with me in Finnish, English and Spanish during appointment.
Physiotherapist, coach,
massage therapist
Hi, I’m Anna Janhunen, a physiotherapist and coach.
I want to help people do what matters to them, whether that means training towards a specific goal, competing in sport, or simply enjoying everyday life without being held back by physical limitations.
My approach to physiotherapy is active and movement-based. Rather than focusing solely on the symptoms, we aim to understand what may be contributing to them and what we can do to improve the situation. I combine evidence-based knowledge, exercise and manual therapy, always tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
I am particularly interested in shoulder and lower-back conditions, as well as challenges related to strength training and sport. However, you are welcome to book an appointment for any concern related to exercise, mobility, physical function or performance.
I have a diverse sporting background, and weightlifting currently plays a major role in my life. As I train and compete myself, I understand from an athlete’s perspective how important it is to find the right balance between training load, recovery and progress. I bring the same mindset to physiotherapy: the goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but also to help you rebuild a capable, resilient body that is ready for whatever you want to do.
Whether you are a competitive athlete, an active exerciser or just getting started, you are warmly welcome to my practice.
I also offer appointments in Swedish.

Physiotherapist and massage therapist
Hi, I'm Jami Nyman and I'm a educated physiotherapist! I help you with movement, the human body and its rehabilitation. I'm goal-oriented, knowledgeable and customer-oriented, yet relaxed and humorous at the same time. I get along with any customer.
In my free time, I like to do a variety of sports, more generally ball sports. I have a sports background in floorball for 16 years, and almost 10 years in the gym.
My physiotherapy expertise focuses on musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have a lot of knowledge, especially related to the ankle area and lower limbs. My strengths include lower back and lower limb-bearing ailments, injuries and pain conditions. These ailments include, for example, ankle ligament injuries, chronic lower back pain, hip injuries, various knee injuries (such as jumper's knee and ACL injuries) and stress-related injuries and pain conditions.
I have extensive expertise in clients of all ages, from basic exercisers to professional athletes and teams. I have manual expertise in, for example, massage, mobilization and dry cupping!
At my physiotherapy practice, a personalized exercise and manual plan is implemented for each individual and the focus is on long-term results. The implementation takes place according to the client's everyday life and goals, taking resources into account.
