Physical training
Individual exercise and coaching just for you. Whatever your goal might be, we will plan and build a program according to your wishes and goals. Whit planning your exercise program, we notice possible limitations and illnesses, so that your exercise is safe and in line with your goals.
Our physical trainers are Henriikka Hämäläinen, Jami Nyman and Jonna Korhonen, who has strong experience in personal training, developing body control and mobility, and coaching goal-oriented sports. If you are interested having training coaching or if you have any questions, please contact us!

We do coachings in Greenfit Ruoholahti gym, located in the same building as NapraWealth. You can access the gym easily through the door next to our space. Greenfit gym offers modern and versatile facilities support our training in many ways: improving welless, building strength, increasing mobility, and achieving sports performance goals.
